Beach Hideaway
This project required repurposing a once wood shop ~ temporary in-law unit into a B & B with a rapid timeline turnaround .
Creating a relaxing space in a one room studio to feel like multiple spaces while keeping a smooth flow was a fun challenge.
Given the location and budget, easily attainable and affordable options were key to expediting the project quickly, while not compromising function & style.

City Studio
A city studio apartment, live~work space with only 125 sqr. feet that needed an update came with the creative challenge of extra small doorways, stair wells, limited parking & a tight schedule to finish. Prioritizing flow was essential along with updating the mood to a more lean, modern space allowed this tech & music creator to live more harmoniously + include an exercise area in the central space.
